Story
Story
Situation
GRC and ITSM both existed. Risk and control work still lived in spreadsheets because the tools did not share a trustworthy view of CIs, changes, and incidents.
What we did
Concept for the data contracts; GRC modification where the control model was wrong; ITSM/CMDB fixes where ownership and CI quality blocked the join; connection so assessments and risk views consume live operational data.
Result
One loop the teams can run — risk and controls tied to the systems they govern — without inventing a second inventory.
Holistic cyber and IT risk starts when GRC and ITSM share the same truth.
